Legal Notice of Decisions
At a Public Hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, the following action was taken:
1. 2. 3. GRANTED: 5 Allen Lane: Application # ZBA-20-00142 by Krzysztof Jamrozik for property owned by Krzysztof & Anna Jamrozik for variance of the Zoning Regulations: 13-4 (Setbacks) and 6-2.1.6 (New Construction) for additions and alterations to a single family residence that includes new decks and patios, located in Residence A zone, PID#E09158000.
