Parks & Rec Policy Reminder - Animals on Town Property

Effective April 1, animals will not be permitted at Compo, Old Mill, and Burying Hill Beaches. Animals in or out of vehicles will not be allowed on any beach property which includes all grass, sand, and parking areas (for exceptions, see Westport Parks and Recreation Department Rules and Regulations) as well as the roads within the beach area. This regulation is in effect until October 1.

Career Coach in Westport on March 14- Classes in Word 2013

The American Job Center Southwest’s Career Coach will be at Westport Town Hall (110 Myrtle Avenue) on Thursday, March 14, 2019. The Coach will offer a beginner’s class in Microsoft Word 2013 from 10 a.m. – noon, followed by an intermediate class in Word 2013 from 1 – 3 p.m. Contact the Westport Department of Human Services for specific course description information.
