NOTICE OF DECISION 

The Westport Historic District Commission held an electronic public meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, for the following purposes: 

1. APPROVED a Certificate of Appropriateness application dated May 20, 2024, for proposed demolition of existing garage, build new garage, and add storage space, conditioned on the removal of the depicted eave return and the continuation of vertical siding in its place; and conditioned on the installation of 8-lite windows in the garage doors instead of the depicted 6-lites so that the proportions are consistent with the main residence, or, in the alternative, no windows on the garage doors at 64 Wright Street (PID # C09//033/000) which is the Kings Highway North Local and National Historic Districts.
