Notice is hereby given that at a Meeting held on July 15, 2024, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following actions:
- GRANTED: 8 Pioneer Rd.: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. PZ-24-00277 submitted by Curt Lowenstein of LANDTECH for property owned by Ergun Umut and Juan Leon for excavation and fill activities associated with construction of a new septic system, patio expansion and rear yard terraced lawn area, on property in the Residence AA zone, PID #G11099000.
