LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

SEPTEMBER 11, 2024 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its

September 11, 2024 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: 

1. 8 Pond Edge Road:Application #IWW/M-11986-24 by Curt Lowenstein of LandTech on behalf of Ana & Eric Cantor to amend wetland boundary map # D05.
2. 5 Quentin Road:Application #WPL-11978-24 by Andra Vebell & Larry Hoy for proposed pool and patios. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
3. 10 Beltas Farm Lane:Application #IWW,WPL/E-11987-24 by Fairfield County Contractors LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, pool, septic system, drainage, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
4. 12 Beltas Farm Lane:Application #IWW,WPL/E-11987-24 by Fairfield County Contractors LLC on behalf of Belta’s Farm Legacy LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, pool, septic system, drainage, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
