LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
MAY 17, 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
May 17, 2023 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 60 Cranbury Road: Application #IWW/M-11713-23 by MLR Properties LLC on behalf of Jeffrey & Susan Rubin to amend wetland boundary map #A11.
2. 128 Bayberry Lane: Application #IWW,WPL/E-11719-23 by John Fallon, Esq on behalf of Beltas Farm Legacy LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, septic system and drainage.
3. 11 Murvon Court: Application #WPL-11720-23 by Moon Gardens LLC on behalf Eymard & Madhurya Chitty to construct a new single family residence with an attached garage, patio, mechanical deck, driveway and drainage system. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
4. 15 Green Acre Lane: Application #IWW,WPL/E-11722-23 by Peter Romano of LandTech on behalf of Hiroko Rawald to construct a new accessory dwelling unit, patio and walkway. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of an unnamed watercourse.
5. 85 Compo Road North: Application #IWW,WPL/E-11742-23 by Town of Westport on behalf of the estate of Janis T Folsom for a main line sewer extension. Work will be within the wetland, the upland review area and the WPLO area of Deadman’s Brook.
