Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose: 

1. To approve minutes from the September 26, 2023, meeting.

    

2. 170 Riverside Avenue

   To review and comment on the proposed demolition and rebuild of the Field Clubhouse at 170 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C08/032/000) submitted by Anna Rycenga, LANDTECH, for property owned by Town Of Westport BOE/First Selectwoman located in Zone A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 

3. 36 Riverside Avenue

   To review and comment on the proposed façade renovations at 36 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C09//103/000) submitted by Julie Verni, for property owned by Scotti Pietro TR & Janine TR, located in GBD zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 

4. To adjourn the meeting.
