WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

MAY 18, 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its

May 18, 2022 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: 

1. 16 Fresenius Road, Lot A, Map F09, Lot 098:Application #IWW,WPL/E-11518-22 by Paul Richter of Lot A Fresenius LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, grading and related site appurtenances. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
