- Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Westport Zoning Board of Appeals (Docket No. FBT-CV-20- 6101305 S) appeal from the denial of the variance request.
- Pending litigation: 233 LLC v Westport Zoning Board of Appeals (Docket No. FBT-CV-20-6101303 S) appeal of the ZBA’s decision to uphold the Cease and Desist order.
The executive session will be by a separate electronic meeting not open to the public.
