Notice is hereby given that the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 4:00pm for the following purposes:

1. Board to potentially vote to go into Executive Session to discuss:

1. Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Westport Zoning Board of Appeals (Docket No. FBT-CV-20- 6101305 S) appeal from the denial of the variance request.
2. Pending litigation: 233 LLC v Westport Zoning Board of Appeals (Docket No. FBT-CV-20-6101303 S) appeal of the ZBA’s decision to uphold the Cease and  Desist order.

The executive session will be by a separate electronic meeting not open to the public.
