LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 8, 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
September 8, 2021 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
- 135 Harbor Road:Application #WPL-11342-21 by John Hilts on behalf of Gary Rosenbach to construct a new piling supported timber pier, aluminum ramp and timber floating dock anchored to timber pilings. The proposed activity is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
- 34 Owenoke Park:Application #WPL-11373-21 by J.P. Franzen Associates on behalf of Adam and Melanie Smith to demolish the house at 32 Owenoke Park, combine 32 and 34 Owenoke Park and construct a 2-story addition and renovation to the existing residence at 34 Owenoke Park, new driveway, patios and associated site work. The proposed activity is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek.
- 1 Tuck Lane:Application #IWW,WPL-11375-21 by Kousidis Engineering, LLC on behalf of 1 Tuck Lane, LLC to construct a new single-family residence with attached garage, associated driveway, new drainage, and septic system. The proposed activity is within the upland review area and the WPLO are of the Aspetuck River.
- 7 Belaire Drive:Application #AA,WPL-11376-21 by Kousidis Engineering, LLC on behalf of Victoria Considine to construct a pool, patio, walkways and fence. The proposed activity is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
