LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
JUNE 16, 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its June 16, 2021 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 6 Meadowbrook Lane: Application #IWW, WPL-11252-21 by Andy Soumelidis of LandTech on behalf of Ronny Ceballo for the proposed renovation to a single-family residence, new pool, pool house, septic and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of Muddy Brook.
2. 2 Timber Lane: Application #IWW,WPL-11275-21 by Dean Martin, PE on behalf of CCO Habitats LLC to construct a new single family residence, a new deck and a new, 50% code-compliant septic system. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of an unnamed tributary of Dead Man’s Brook.
3. 10 Scofield Place: Application #WPL-11301-21 by LandTech on behalf of Jared and Danelle Gill to -construct a new single-family residence and drainage. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
4. 6 Bluff Point: Application #WPL-11313-21 by LandTech on behalf of Arthur Tauck to install and endless pool on top of an elevated deck within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
