LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

 MAY 19, 2021 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its May 19, 2021 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 120 Harbor Road:Application #WPL-11276-21 by Kousidis Engineering on behalf of Ante Jalcic to renovate an existing single family dwelling including removal of living space on the first floor, remove an existing driveway and garage from the Marine Avenue side of the property and relocate them to the Harbor Road side, and associated grading and drainage. The proposed activity is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
