- To review and comment on a proposed modification to a Special Permit/Site Plan approval granted by the Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to Res. #16-027, utilizing §32-18, Historic Residential Structure, for the proposed new construction of a main house at 70 Turkey Hill Road South (PID# G07//052/000) submitted by Christopher Pagliaro for property owned by Rahul Ghai, Trustee. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed wall signage for 165 Main Street (PID# C10//084/000) submitted by Larry Bourque for property owned by 165 Main Street Associates LLC located in the Village District Overlay (VDO) zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
