3.  GRANTED: 2 Lakeview Road: ZBA Appl. #7758 by Bill Achilles Jr., Achilles Architects for property owned by Susan Smith for variances for setbacks for expansion of a non-conforming structure to construct a second floor addition, located in Residence A zone, PID#D07158000.

4.  GRANTED: 8 Dexter Road: ZBA Appl. #7761 by Franco Iannone, R.I. Pools, Inc. for property owned by Robert & Jennifer Bernstein for variances for coverage to construct an in-ground pool and grill, located in Residence A zone, PID#I09027000.
