NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. to the following properties for orientation purposes only in preparation for reviewing agenda items at its April 17, 2019 meeting:
1. 259 Saugatuck Avenue & 1 Charmers Landing: Application #WPL-10775-19 by Peter Romano of LandTech on behalf of Charmers Landing Property LLC and 259 Saugatuck Avenue, LLC to construct a residential dock, which will be shared between two properties. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
2. 54 Wilton Road: Application #WPL-10783-19 by William Fitzpatrick on behalf of STC Green, LLC for site improvements including the construction of a three floor residential building. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
3. 107 Old Rd.: Discussion and vote on draft Stipulated Settlement Agreement of the case of Amy L.Y.Day, Executrix of the Estate of Catherine D. Fleming vs.the Westport Conservation Commission as it relates to the denial of Application #IWW-10450-17 and #WPL-10488-17 for a four (4) lot open space subdivision. Said settlement proposes two lots.
Members will meet at the Conservation Department first to carpool. Some sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended.
