The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1. 14 Westport Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7520 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH, for property owned by Richard and Debra Becker for a variance for coverage for a new FEMA compliant, single family dwelling with a pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03154000.
2. 118 Myrtle Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7524 by Douglas and Kristen Tirola for property owned by Douglas and Kristen Tirola for a variance for an addition over coverage for a building and driveway addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C10131000.
3. 59 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7526 by Karen Johnson, Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC for a variance for more than one free standing sign, for square footage and setbacks, for free-standing signs in the RORD and BCD/H zones, to increase the number of wall signs to five (5) and increase sign square footage allowed for a tenant, and for wall signs above the lowest point of roof, projecting more than 18” from facade and over the lower sill of the second story windows, for property located in both the BDC/H and RORD2 zones, PID #C09140000.
4. 1580 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7525 by Howard Lathrop for property owned by Mackno Post Rd Properties, LTD for a variance for coverage and setbacks for an addition and for A/C units and for no loading space, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #H09182000/
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
