(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 65 Bermuda Road/Application WPL #10172-16; Application of Mitchell Saunders for redesigned patios, removal of a tennis court and the installation of an in-ground pool with spa. Work is within the WPLO Setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
II. Work Session – The public is invited to observe but may not participate.
