POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

• All players must check in and present their handpass and/or pay the appropriate fee before entering the courts.
• Only players are permitted on the courts. Children are not allowed on the courts.
• All players must wear appropriate tennis sneakers on all courts.
• Shirts must be worn. Wearing swimsuit is prohibited on all tennis courts.
• Smoking on tennis courts is prohibited.
• All animals MUST be on a leash in all areas and offices adjacent to the tennis courts.
• Tennis courts may be watered at the discretion of the Tennis Supervisor.
• A player can only play on one reserved court per day, unless they are a walk-on on an available court.
• The names of all of the players in your group must be provided at the time of sign-in.
• No shows: If persons do not show up for their reserved times, the tennis personnel will reassign that court ten(10) minutes after the start of that session’s time.

NOTE: Suspension of privileges, fine, and/or arrest may be imposed for the violation of policies and procedures.

COURT INFORMATION
All schedules are subject to change. Court availability subject to reserved time by Parks and Recreation Department, Board of Education and Continuing Education use. Please contact the Longshore courts for exact schedules.  

RESERVATION SYSTEM PROCEDURES:
Courts available for reserved play in 1.5 hour sessions by going online to http://westportct.club.

• Tennis handpass holders may reserve courts five (5) days in advance online only at http://westportct.club up to 1 hour prior to play.
• For day of play reservations only call (203)341-1180.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Persons making advanced reservations must cancel their court time 2 hrs. prior to their reserved time. If a person fails to cancel within 2 hrs. on two occasions they will lose privileges to make advanced reservations for the remainder of the season.

Tennis Handpass:

Tennis Handpass holders pay no court fees valid for one year from the date of purchase.  Handpasses are available for purchase or online.
