Compo Beach Playground Renovation Project

As their Centennial Project, the Westport Rotary Club has teamed up with the Westport Young Women's League to renovate the existing playground at Compo Beach. Play By Design was hired by the Westport Rotary Club to create the renovation design and lead the Compo Beach Playground Committee through the project and community build.

The original playground was built in 1986 and was renovated in 2006. The major goals of this renovation are to improve sightlines, increase accessibility, and provide a fresh look and some new play pieces. A Community Input Open House was held on January 20th. The proposed design plan incorporates the feedback received at that Open House.
