Historic District Commission Certificate of Appropriateness if you are in a Historic District.
Joint Committee Certificate of Appropriateness if you are in the Village Overlay District.
Architectural Review Board Certificate of Appropriateness if you are proposing commercial exterior renovations, a free-standing sign, and/or a wall sign in excess of 50 square feet.
Residential Projects requirements include but not limited to:
Proposed Survey and/or Site Plan by a licensed Surveyor and/or Engineer. To view survey requirements please click here.
Proposed Building Plans including floor plans and elevations for residential additions, new houses, and accessory structures, such as a shed.
Where construction on a property increases the total coverage due to new construction by 850 square feet or greater, a site plan and drainage calculations, prepared by a Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
One paper and one digital copy of all submitted materials.
Commercial Project requirements include but not limited to:
Proposed Floor Plans if you are proposing interior renovations or a change in tenancy.
Exterior renovations require elevation plans.
Sign plans with elevations.
