LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 7, 2015, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.26 Highland Road/Application IWW/WPL #10086-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the demolition of a single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
