WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on July 22, 2015 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Ace that the Town of Westport’s “Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses:”

11 Twin Bridge Acres Road: The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to Paul Hamill and Francine Donohue for conducting work in a regulated area without a permit was affirmed.

The file may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.
