Conservation Department Notice of Decisions- Corrected

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 6, 2015 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 


1. 1 Mayflower Parkway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10028-15 by Pools by DaSilva on behalf of Fournier LLC to construct a swimming pool, patio, mechanicals, fence and associated grading. 
2. 12 Stony Brook Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10046-15 by Standard Oil & Michael Gates on behalf of Irene Offengender for condenser units. 
3. 19 Spriteview Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10047-15 by Doug Bassett on behalf of John Krim & Joyce Gemperlein for a second story addition, make existing house FEMA compliant, lower level, interior renovations, new entry and associated work. 
4. 9 Scot-Alan Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-10048-15 by SIR Development on behalf of Craig & Suzanne Leopold to construct a new single family residence, driveway, patio, grading and drainage. 
5. 5 Davis Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10050-15 by Ruth & Ben Shorten to remove invasive, replace existing overgrown shrubs with wetland plantings and build fence. 


The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
