NOTICE

In accordance with section 7.1, 7.3 and 4.2.1 of the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and Section 30-91 of the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance for Westport, Connecticut, a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 9:30 am in room 201 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to consider a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owners of 11 Twin Bridge Acres Road (Map A16, Lot 20) for alterations within the Conservation Easement, the Waterway Protection Line and the inland wetlands including: 1. Piping of two existing watercourse for an estimated sixty feet in length. 2. Vegetation removed from area and establishing a manicured lawn. 3. Construct a stone patio. Additionally, a shed was constructed (outside the easement area) without a permit.
