LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 1, 2015 the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.4 Sea Spray Road/Application WPL #10026-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of R. I. Pools for a new pool and associated improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 100 year flood line of the Saugatuck River.
2.41 Crescent Road/P&Z Resubdivision Application #15-029; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for a 4 lot subdivision and a Conservation/Open Space Easement. The Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
3.0 Quarter Mile Road (Map C14, Lot 5)/P&Z Subdivision Application #15-033; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Eric Bernheim for a 1 lot subdivision. The Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
4.18 Newtown Turnpike/Application IWW/WPL #10033-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for modifications to previously approved permits, #s IWW 6678-01 and IWW/WPL 8147-07.
5.1 Glendinning Place/25 Ford Road/Application IWW/WPL #10034-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Eric Bernheim for renovations to existing facilities and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodlins and WPLO setback of the Saugatuck and Aspetuck Rivers.
