Regular Meeting:
Flood and Erosion Control Board

(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed.  All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman.  Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)


       I. Public Hearing


1. 12 Marsh Court/WPL #10014-15; Application of Land-Tech for the removal of an existing patio and construction of a 2 story addition on piles and associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
2. 0 Quarter Mile Road (Map C14, Lot 5)/IWW/WPL #10023-15, P&Z Subdivision Application #15-033; Application of Eric Bernheim for a 1 lot subdivision.  Work is within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.  The Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.  
3. 4 Sea Spray Road/Application WPL #10026-15; Application of R. I. Pools for a new pool and associated improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback and 100 year flood line of the Saugatuck River.
4. 41 Crescent Road/P&Z Resubdivision Application #15-029; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for a 4 lot subdivision and a Conservation/Open Space Easement.  The Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
5. 18 Newtown Turnpike/Application IWW/WPL #10033-15; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for modifications to previously approved permits, #s IWW 6678-01 and IWW/WPL 8147-07.
6. 1 Glendinning Place/25 Ford Road/Application IWW/WPL #10034-15; Application of Eric Bernheim for the removal of some surface parking, relocation of some surface parking, an underground parking garage, the construction of additional stories on an existing structure, and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline and WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River, West Branch of the Saugatuck River and the Aspetuck River.
