(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 2 Newtown Turnpike/P&Z Subdivision Application #15-024; Application of Gloria Gouveia for a proposed re-subdivision resulting in one new building lot. Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
2. 4 Quarter Mile Road/P&Z Subdivision Application #15-025; Application of Eric Bernheim for a 1 lot subdivision. Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
3. 12 Marsh Court/WPL #10014-15; Application of Land-Tech for the removal of an existing patio and construction of a 2 story addition on piles and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
4. 263 Compo Road South/WPL #10015-15; Application of Barr Associates for the construction of a new house, patios, pool, tennis court, and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Gray’s Creek.
