LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 1, 2015, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.14 Quarter Mile Road/P&Z Subdivision Application #15-017; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Eric Bernheim for a 1 lot subdivision. Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
