(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 14 Quarter Mile Road/P&Z Subdivision Application #15-017; Application of Eric Bernheim for a 1 lot subdivision. Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
II. Work Session – The public is invited to observe but may not participate.
