(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 14 Canal Road/Application WPL #8922-11; Application of Land-Tech Consultants, Inc. for the demolition of a single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence with associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 15 Turkey Hill Road South/P&Z Re-Subdivision Application #11-056; Application of Barr Associates for the re-subdivision of a property to create two new lots for a total of 3 lots. The application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
