LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
MARCH 18, 2015

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
March 18, 2015 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 115 Harbor Road: Application #WPL-9952-15 by Peter Wormser on behalf of L Adele Weitzman for the demolition of the existing house, the construction of a FEMA compliant house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
2. 10 Pond Edge Road: Application #IWW,WPL-9953-15 by RB Properties LLC to install a small in-ground hot tub/spa. The work is within the 35 ft. upland review area and the WPLO area of Sherwood Mill Pond.
