LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 4, 2015 the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.79 Newtown Turnpike/Application IWW/WPL/E #9964-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the expansion of an existing place-of-worship, the demolition of an existing residence, and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
2.18 Great Marsh Road/Application WPL #9965-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Andy Frank for the replacement of an existing retaining wall with a new retaining wall. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25-year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
