LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 4, 2015, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
- 11 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9943-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 115 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9952-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Peter Wormser for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 10 Pond Edge Road/Application IWW/WPL #9953-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Richard Benson for the installation of an inground pool, hot tub/spa, outdoor fireplace, and a pond aerator. Work is within the WPLO setback of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
- 5 Yankee Hill Road/WPL #9954-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Grays Creek (Saugatuck River).
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
