LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
JANUARY 21, 2015

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
January 21, 2015 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 61 Kings Highway South: Application #IWW/M-9940-14 by J Mark Valeski to amend wetland boundary map # B7.
2. 1 Bluff Point Road: Application #WPL-9942-14 by Harrison Gill III on behalf of Cedar Point Yacht Club to construct a 50’ by 64’ open air pavilion with surrounding deck partially over an existing paved area and pervious pavers to connect the proposed and existing buildings. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
