(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 11 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9943-14; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 115 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9952-15; Application of Peter Wormser for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 10 Pond Edge Road/Application IWW/WPL #9953-15; Application of Richard Benson for the installation of an inground pool, hot tub/spa, outdoor fireplace, and a pond aerator. Work is within the WPLO setback of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
4. 5 Yankee Hill Road/WPL #9954-15; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Grays Creek (Saugatuck River).
