LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 7, 2015, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.1 Bluff Point Road/Application WPL #9942-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Harrison Gill III for the construction of a 50 foot by 64 foot pavilion, deck, and concrete pavers over existing paved areas. And a bio-filtration swale. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2.11 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9943-14; WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a new house and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
