LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of December 1, 2014 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 4 Panhandle Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9929-14 by Ralph Mann & Sons, Inc. on behalf of Irwin Stillman for 2 generators.
2. 3 Baywood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9930-14 by Total Basement Finishing on behalf of Nancy Mahmoud to finish basement, install two egress windows and cellar hatch.
3. 91 Clapboard Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9931-14 by Coastal Construction Group LLC on behalf of Sam & Nancy Gault to construct a 18’ by 42’ pool with spillway, associated walls and grading, and driveway changes.
4. 64 Cross Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9932-14 by Terrance Lindsay on behalf of Ashley Fugazy for a generator.
5. 16 Marion Road:  Application #AA-9933-14 by Terrance Lindsay on behalf of Stephen Bernier for a generator.
6. 9 Hen Hawk Lane:  Application #AA, WPL/E-9934-14 by Christopher Cocco on behalf of John Moranski, Trustee to construct a new single family residence, driveway, drainage, and associated grading.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
