LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 3, 2014 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 260 Compo Road South: Application #WPL/E-9890-14 by Land-Tech Consultants on behalf of the Town of Westport for replacement of one paddle tennis court and one practice court with two new paddle tennis courts at Longshore.
- 7 Hillside Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9907-14 by Coastal Construction on behalf of Brian & Heather Cherry to construct a new single family residence, driveway, grading and drainage.
- 7 Hillside Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9908-14 by Coastal Construction on behalf of Brian & Heather Cherry to construct a swimming pool, spa, patio, associated grading, walls, fence, and mechanicals.
- 2 Pony Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9909-14 by Chip Platz on behalf of 2 Pony Ln LLC to construct a new single family residence, septic system, driveway, grading, and associated site work.
- 5 Cross Brook Lane: Application #AA,WPL-9910-14 by Rock Solid Construction LLC on behalf of Eli Zimmer for an addition to second floor, raise roof, enclose screen porch, repairs to existing septic system and new entry.
- 31 Hermit Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9911-14 by Geigers on behalf of Gery & Matthew Grove for a driveway repave and landscaping.
- 2 Turkey Hill Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9912-14 by Victoria Partlow for additions to first and second floor, addition of garage, new front entry and associated drainage.
- 5 Blue Coat Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9915-14 by Gary Chase on behalf of Julian & Lorraine Oldale to construct a new single family residence, driveway, associated grading and drainage.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
