I. Public Hearing
1.34 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9893-14; Application of Frangione Engineering, LLC for the demolition of an existing single family house and the construction of a new house with associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
2.5 Sea Spray Road/Application WPL #9894-14; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for removal of a portion of a shed and a small addition to the existing house. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3.1135 Post Road east/Application IWW/WPL #9895-14; Application of Redniss & Mead for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 2 two-story commercial buildings on the southern side of the property, 4 residential buildings and underground parking garage on the northern side, and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Muddy Brook.
4.122 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9896-14; Application of Richard Kordas for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
5.14 Promised Road/Application WPL #9897-14; Application of Lucien and Maria Vita for the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
