LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 1, 2014, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.6 Quarter Mile Road/P&Z Subdivision Application #14-036; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Eric Bernheim/Lawrence Weisman for a 1 lot subdivision. Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
2.12 Stony Point Road/Application IWW/WPL #9858-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates, LLC for the lifting of an existing house, additions and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Burritt’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
3.24-26 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9859-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates LLC for the construction of a new house with associated site improvements on a consolidated lot. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
