Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1.6 Quarter Mile Road/P&Z Subdivision Application #14-036; Application of Eric Bernheim/Lawrence Weisman for a 1 lot subdivision. Application will be reviewed for grading and drainage recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
2.12 Stony Point Road/Application IWW/WPL #9858-14; Application of Barr Associates, LLC for the lifting of an existing house, additions and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Burritt’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
3.24-26 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9859-14; Application of Barr Associates LLC for the construction of a new house with associated site improvements on a consolidated lot. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
