LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 3, 2014, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
- 41 Crescent Road/P&Z Subdivision Application #14-032; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for a 4 lot subdivision. Application will be reviewed for drainage and grading recommendations to the P&Z Commission.
- 325, 333, 335 Post Road West/Application IWW/WPL #9844-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates to amend previously approved Permit #IWW, WPL-9763-14 for 333 and 335 Post Rd West to allow for the merger of 325 Post Rd West with 333 and 335 Post Rd West; the demolition of the building on 325 Post Rd West; and, the construction of a parking lot and associated drainage improvements on 325 Post Rd West to be located outside the IWW upland review area and WPLO boundary.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
