WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION

JULY 14, 2014

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, JULY 14, 2014 in Room 201 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:

1.      Approval of May 7, 2014 meeting minutes.

2.      Treasurer’s Report

a.      Update on future budget planning.

3.      Police Report

4.      Recreational Shellfish Report

5.      New Business

a.      Transplant from deep waters of Cockenoe Flats.

6.      Old Business

a.      42 Shorehaven Road: Review and comment on CT DEEP Structures, Dredge & Fill coastal application to repair and modify an existing stone and concrete pier and add another section (pile supported timber) to the pier and a boat lift and 2 davits in Long Island Sound.

7.      Other Business

a.      Annual Clambake
