LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 2, 2014, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

1. 60 Compo Beach Road/Application #WPL-9804-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Roberge Associates Coastal Engineers, LLC for dredging of the southern bank of Compo Marina, and stabilization of the bank with rip-rap.  Tidal wetland plants will be moved prior to construction and re-planted after construction.  Work is within the 25 year flood line and WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.

Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
