(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed.  All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman.  Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)

       I.         Public Hearing

1.       28 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9787-14; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the demolition of a house and the construction of a new house with associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.

2.       10 Pond Edge Road/Application IWW/WPL #9789-14; Application of Richard Benson for the demolition of a house and the construction of a new house with associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
