LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a Work Session held on May 14, 2014, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following action:
1.333 & 335 Post Road West/Application IWW/WPL #9763-14; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of 3 buildings, the merger of the 2 lots, the construction of surface parking and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
