LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION (REVISED)*
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 7, 2014 the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
- 1135 Post Road East/Application IWW/WPL #9761-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS* Application of David Ginter, P.E. for the demolition of 2 structures and the construction of a two-story commercial building, surface parking and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Muddy Brook.
- 45 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9762-14; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS* Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of a house and the construction of a new house, swimming pool, shed, and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
- 333 & 335 Post Road West/Application IWW/WPL #9763-14; Public Hearing Closed. Work Session to deliberate application scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2014, 7:30 p.m., Room 201. Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of 3 buildings, the merger of the 2 lots, the construction of surface parking and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
