I. Public Hearing
1.1135 Post Road East/Application IWW/WPL #9761-14; Application of David Ginter, P.E. for the demolition of 2 structures and the construction of a two-story commercial building, surface parking and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Muddy Brook.
2.45 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #9762-14; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of a house and the construction of a new house, swimming pool, shed, and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
3.333 & 335 Post Road West/Application IWW/WPL #9763-14; Application of Barr Associates for the demolition of 3 buildings, the merger of the 2 lots, the construction of surface parking and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
