LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
APRIL 16, 2014

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its April 16, 2014 public hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 4 Compo Parkway: Application #WPL-9736-14 by Andrew Jones on behalf of Andrew Bentley & Fiona Garland to construct a FEMA compliant pool cabana, detached two car garage and generator. Work is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek.
